A Special Find in Downtown San Saba

The story of The Downtown Townhouse began with something Kara and Eric already loved—shopping in San Saba! While spending time downtown, they stumbled upon a special property tucked beside the downtown square.

Formerly an old law office, the building caught their attention, and they saw an opportunity to transform it into something new.

“We were blessed to find this special place,” they shared.

Today, The Downtown Townhouse offers guests a comfortable home away from home while putting them within walking distance of many of San Saba’s favorite shops, restaurants, and downtown attractions.
